Noodles are perhaps one of my very favorite things to eat. So in summer, I like to sauté up a bunch of fresh in season vegetables in some sesame oil and a little soy sauce, a pinch of chili pepper flakes...then just add pasta and I'm a happy girl! Tonights dinner was with a little Asian flair, so I added a couple of eggs to the broth for protein. This is a very flexible dish.
